Capacity Dale Cleaners 17,000 sqf. production facility can process 2000 lbs of dry cleaning and 2000 lbs of laundry a day.

This means a very short turn around time for processing garment orders regardless of size.

Dale Cleaners laundry uses the most accurate cycle control and detergent delivery
systems available. This assures the highest, most consistent quality control in the
laundry/wet cleaning process.



Ideal production setup for starched denim pants

• Two hothead pants presses and two hothead mushroom presses combination
maximize productivity. • Hothead finishing guarantees the best quality "cowboy style" starched
pants.



Households Equipment

Dale Cleaners has the largest hothead press in the central Ohio area for
households item like table linens, bed spreads and sheets.

• We also have a full size drapery pleater for complete on site services. • A well trained drape take down and re- hang staff is available.

Storage

Dale Cleaners has the largest, fully insured, climate controlled vault/garment storage facility in Columbus. This is on site faclity with a capacity in excess of 5,000 garment.

Our specialized ozone treatment room and equipment

By the use of an our high ozone shock treatment room and ozone generator, odors and bacteria in your garments and households items due to smoke/water damage can be dramatically controlled.

Our system can also utilize ozone to cwdestroy tobacco smoke and its inherent impurities plus odors from pets, cooking, mold, mildew and other households sources.
